Service Description
Our consultation begins with an online questionnaire and then we may opt to review the scalp and follicles using a high-resolution microscope to examine the condition of your scalp and hair follicles. This in-depth analysis helps us identify any underlying concerns such as buildup, inflammation, thinning, or scalp imbalances. Based on the findings, we may recommend a personalized scalp and hair care program tailored to your specific needs. This program may include treatment recommendations, product suggestions and a care plan designed to support healthy hair growth and scalp wellness.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance. Should you not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment appointment then a $95 cancellation fee applies and will be applied. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time slot. We don't charge for consultations but if you do not cancel ahead of time or reschedule then we will require a booking fee on the next appointment.
