Service Description
Meet with our team to discuss your concerns and goals, and gain a better understanding of what’s causing or escalating your hair loss. Our consultations are private with no obligation consultations.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance. Should you not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment appointment then a $95 cancellation fee applies and will be applied. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time slot. We don't charge for consultations but if you do not cancel ahead of time or reschedule then we will require a booking fee on the next appointment.
