ONLINE STORE TERMS

• Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

• Hair Again Clinic reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, based on price increases/decreases set by our suppliers and fluctuations in currency on imported items.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

• You may not use any products on our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

 

STRIPE & WIX

• Your data is stored through WIX & Stripe's data storage, databases and general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase i.e. pay by credit card, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is then stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction, after which time, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

• Direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa & MasterCard. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

• All descriptions of products, product pricing, treatments and treatment pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Hair Again Clinic. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or treatment at any time.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES​

• Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

• Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price or exchange the goods for another item. In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and returns policy.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
