What if I am late?
We want you to enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen time spent with us. Please ensure that you arrive on time.

New clients
Please allow an additional 15 mins prior to your initial visit to complete your consultation card. Please disclose any medical conditions or current medications prior to your treatment.

Dress for comfort
For your comfort we recommend wearing clothing without buttons (eg. Gym wear), for women usually leggings and t-shirt, and for men basketball shorts or pants.
Please note that some of our treatments use oils or ultrasonic gel, which may get on your clothes.

No children under 16 years old in the Clinic
Due to the number of machines and products in our Clinic and the safety aspect, we do not allow children in our Clinic. We take health and safety very seriously and also want to provide a relaxing environment for all our clients to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment.  

Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
