Your comprehensive consultation includes: 1. Detailed Hair & Scalp Assessment -Professional examination of your hair and scalp using advanced trichoscopy and digital magnification. Assessment of hair density, follicle activity, hair shaft thickness and signs of miniaturisation. Examination of the scalp for redness, irritation, inflammation, scaling, excess oil and other visible concerns. Identification of patterns associated with common forms of hair loss and scalp conditions. 2. Hair Loss & Health History -Discussion of your hair-loss history, including when changes first became noticeable. Review of relevant medical history, medications, hormonal changes, stress, nutrition and lifestyle factors. Discussion of possible contributing factors, including genetic hair loss, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies and excessive shedding.
