Service Description
Our professional trichology consultation includes a discussion of your hair concerns and any factors that may be contributing to your concerns. We then perform a hair follicle examination using a trichoscope to assess hair density, follicle condition and signs of thinning or miniaturisation. Following your assessment, we will discuss our findings and recommend suitable treatment options, home care or medications where appropriate. Already know which treatment you want? You can book your treatment directly without a separate consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance. Should you not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment appointment then a $95 cancellation fee applies and will be applied. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time slot. We don't charge for consultations but if you do not cancel ahead of time or reschedule then we will require a booking fee on the next appointment.
