Service Description
During your appointment, we will discuss your hair history, current health, any medications you are taking, and the different prescription options that may be suitable for you. We will also talk through the available medication types, recommended strengths, how they are used, potential side effects, and what to expect from ongoing treatment. Where appropriate, your prescription will be reviewed and approved by our authorised prescribing practitioner, and we will explain the dispensing process, including how your medication is prepared and supplied.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance. Should you not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment appointment then a $95 cancellation fee applies and will be applied. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time slot. We don't charge for consultations but if you do not cancel ahead of time or reschedule then we will require a booking fee on the next appointment.
