Compounded Hair Loss Medications

PRESCIPTION HAIR LOSS MEDICATIONS
At Hair Again, we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to hair-loss treatment. We have chosen to offer compounded medications because they allow the prescribing doctor to personalise the strength, formulation and combination of ingredients for each suitable client.
Every prescription is based on the client’s hair-loss pattern, medical history, previous treatments, response and individual needs.
This enables us to begin conservatively where appropriate and adjust treatment under medical supervision, providing a more personalised approach than relying on one standard dose for everyone.

How to Access Prescription Hair-Loss Medication
1. Complete Your Online Assessment
Begin by completing our confidential online assessment. A Hair Again Clinical Trichologist will review your information, before arranging a brief phone call with you. If prescription treatment appears appropriate, we will explain the next step and confirm whether you would like to proceed with a doctor consultation.
2. Doctor Telehealth Consultation
You will have a private telehealth consultation. The doctor will review your medical history to determine whether prescription treatment is safe and suitable for you. The doctor consultation costs $150 and covers 2 consultations.
One initial consult and one in 3 months time.
3. Personalised Prescription
If approved, a prescription will be prepared based on your individual needs and sent directly to our compounding pharmacy. Your recommended medication, dosage and treatment instructions will be explained so you understand how to use your treatment safely and consistently.
4. Direct and Discreet Delivery
The compounding pharmacy will prepare your personalised medication and dispatch it directly to your chosen address in discreet packaging. Hair Again Clinic does not hold or dispense prescription medication on-site.

Suitablity and strenght of formulas need to be assessed by our medical doctors.

Medical Supervision
All prescription medications are prescribed following appropriate medical consultation and should remain under ongoing clinical supervision.
Results Vary
Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on factors such as the underlying cause of hair loss, genetics, overall health, treatment adherence and individual response.
All prescription medications require medical assessment and are not suitable for everyone. Please review the full safety information and discuss any concerns during your consultation.
